Ingredients
- 600g Rhubarb
- 150g Caster Sugar
- 204g Plain Flour
- 102g Butter
- 102g Brown Sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Trim and chop up the rhubarb.
- Sprinkle the rhubarb with Caster Sugar.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and brown sugar together.
- Rub the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the rhubarb is tender.
- Serve warm with custard or ice cream.
