Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber (50 g)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (25 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (8 g)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (2 g)
  • 3 medium tomatoes (75 g)
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives (13 g)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (2 g)
  • 1 small red onion (25 g)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (25 g)
  • 1 tsp salt (2 g)

Method

  1. Wash and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables in a large salad bowl.
  3. Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the salad.
  6. Toss everything together gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
