Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber (50 g)
- 1 medium green bell pepper (25 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (8 g)
- 1 tsp black pepper (2 g)
- 3 medium tomatoes (75 g)
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives (13 g)
- 1 tsp dried oregano (2 g)
- 1 small red onion (25 g)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (25 g)
- 1 tsp salt (2 g)
Method
- Wash and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the chopped vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the salad.
- Toss everything together gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
