Ingredients
- 400g Chicken breast (2 medium chicken breasts)
- 60g Gochujang paste (4 tablespoons)
- 300g Swede (1 medium swede)
- 32g Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- 20g Honey (1 tablespoon)
- 16g Garlic (3 cloves)
- 12g Sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
- 52g Spring onions (4 spring onions)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, peel the swede and spiralize it into noodles.
- Blanch the swede noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain.
- Serve the baked gochujang chicken on a bed of swede noodles and garnish with chopped spring onions.
