Fresh Fig and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Fresh Figs
  • Banana
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Walnuts
  • Honey
  • Chia Seeds

Method

  1. Wash and quarter the figs.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. In a blender, combine the figs, banana, Greek yogurt, walnuts, honey, and chia seeds.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with additional figs, walnuts, and chia seeds if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
