Ingredients
- 225g Unsalted butter
- 400g Granulated sugar
- 100g Brown sugar
- 200g Eggs (4 large eggs)
- 12g Vanilla extract
- 125g All-purpose flour
- 75g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 10g Espresso powder
- 5g Salt
- 150g Chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
