Ingredients
- 100g Chestnuts
- 30g Parmesan Cheese
- 200g Brussels Sprouts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Method
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
- Slice the Brussels sprouts thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and roasted chestnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and chestnuts, and toss to combine.
- If using, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the salad and toss again.
- Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
