Cheese Empanada Croissants

Ingredients

  • 8g Cream Cheese
  • 24g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 cloves of Garlic
  • 56g Croissant Dough

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangles
  3. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl, and add a spoonful of the mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant shape.
  5. Place the croissants on some baking paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
