Ingredients
- 8g Cream Cheese
- 24g Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1 cloves of Garlic
- 56g Croissant Dough
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangles
- Combine the other ingredients in a bowl, and add a spoonful of the mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant shape.
- Place the croissants on some baking paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
