- 120g Buffalo Sauce
- 500g Cauliflower
- 12g Garlic
- 8g Garlic Powder
- 60g All-Purpose Flour
- 120g Water
- 8g Paprika
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 230 degrees celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bitesize florets.
- In a bowl, whisk the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce.
- Return the florets to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
