Ingredients
- 4 medium pears
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the pears in half and remove the core.
- Place the pears in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle the pears with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Top with chopped walnuts and small pieces of butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the pears are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
