Velvet Cashew Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 175g Cashews
  • 300g Ladyfingers
  • 200ml Coffee
  • 400ml Coconut Cream
  • 100ml Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then blend them with coconut cream and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the cashew cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cashew cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
