Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pie Crust

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles to fit into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Press the pie crust circles into the mini muffin tin.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crusts in the mini muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.
