Korean BBQ Tacos

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef Ribeye
  • 16g Minced Garlic
  • 16g Sesame Oil
  • 32g Gochujang Paste
  • 200g Tortillas
  • 152g Kimchi
  • 32g Spring Onions
  • 12g Sesame Seeds
  • 60g Soy Sauce
  • 52g Brown Sugar

Method

  1. Thinly slice beef and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang to create the marinade.
  3. Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over a medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the beef on each tortilla. Top with kimchi, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
