- 500g Beef Ribeye
- 16g Minced Garlic
- 16g Sesame Oil
- 32g Gochujang Paste
- 200g Tortillas
- 152g Kimchi
- 32g Spring Onions
- 12g Sesame Seeds
- 60g Soy Sauce
- 52g Brown Sugar
Method
- Thinly slice beef and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang to create the marinade.
- Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over a medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the beef on each tortilla. Top with kimchi, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
