Kimchi Pakoras

One Pot Spaghetti & Mushroom Ragu

Ingredients

  • 52g Kimchi
  • 28g Chickpea Flour
  • 4g Green Chillies
  • 8g Coriander Leaves
  • Oil for Frying
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Water

Method

  1. Finely chop the kimchi, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, chopped kimchi, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to the mixture to form a thick batter
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot, with your favourite dipping sauces.
