Ingredients
- 52g Kimchi
- 28g Chickpea Flour
- 4g Green Chillies
- 8g Coriander Leaves
- Oil for Frying
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Water
Method
- Finely chop the kimchi, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
- In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, chopped kimchi, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the mixture to form a thick batter
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot, with your favourite dipping sauces.
