Blueberry Almond Crumble

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Lemon Juice
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Rolled Oats
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Sliced Almonds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and sliced almonds.
  4. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the flour mixture. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
