Ingredients
- 50ml Sapling Climate Positive Vodka
- 50ml Apple Juice
- 50ml Indian Tonic
- 50g Apple Slice (garnish)
- A handful of Cubed Ice
Method
- Add cubed ice into a highball glass.
- Measure 50ml each of vodka and apple juice, and pour over the ice.
- Top with 50ml of Indian tonic.
- Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
